POSITION SUMMARY: Greet service customers. Consult customers about their problems. Opens work orders. Assists in the coordination and communications of the service department. Will perform a variety of tasks in the service and warranty departments.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Should possess a High School diploma. A college degree or certificate or degree from a trade school is preferred but not require. Experience in a related field is preferred but not required.
